Cancellation Policy


  • Full refunds require at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled departure for groups of up to 4. Groups of 5 or more must give 48 hours notice for a full refund. Private charters need a 7-day advance notice for a full refund. Cancellations due to weather and mechanical failure, even within the grace period, will be automatically honored. Cancellations or changes CANNOT be made via email. Please text us with any changes or questions at 808-874-1273.Special Notice: We require a minimum of bookings for this tour. Makena Coast Charters reserves the right to cancel due to a low customer count.
