3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Customer cancellations must be made within the timeframe specified during booking to qualify for a refund.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full forfeiture of payment.
- If we cancel due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a reschedule option or a full refund.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- You agree to follow all crew instructions and safety guidelines.
- You are responsible for your personal belongings during the charter.
- You represent that you and your guests are medically and physically fit to participate.
5. Liability Waiver
- Participation in boating, water activities, and excursions involves inherent risks.
- By booking, you accept these risks and release Makena Coast Charters Inc, its employees, and affiliates from liability for personal injury, property loss, or damages, except where prohibited by law.
